Timber Lake Campground
Whitter, North Carolina
My brother keeps his Fiver in Florida for 6 months and in Whitter, NC for the rest of the year. It is a small park and he has been going there
since 1972. It is about 30 minutes from his home town of Franklin, NC. We stayed several days and then went up to Maggie Valley and
Cherokee, NC for a day. We got a creekside site and enjoyed it very much. Nancy continues to be afraid of the steep drop offs, so we are
going over further East out f the Smokies. We will be bypassing the Biltmore Gardens as Lin's foot problems continues to prevent too much
walking.
