Vicksburg,Mississippi
We spent the night at Vicksburg (Wal-Mart). It was not as steeped in history as we would have thought,but was
very nice. The Mississippi river is still very wide here and we saw many, many barges being pushed by tug
boats. Seems to be on every 5 minutes or so. They are going both ways. We went to a great museum in the old
court house. Very interesting stuff to see about the War of Northern Aggression. We had a great lunch at a little
café in downtown hat Nancy found. Check at the end to see what we had.
