Pacific Coast Highway
We went over to CA 1 via US 101 in the truck to see what has been called the most beautiful road in the US. It
was breathtaking for sure. The trip over there was 28 miles on a winding part of US 1 through the mountains.
When we broke out onto the coast it was amazing to see such beauty. Tried to catch some of it in the pictures. We
went to Mendenseno for lunch and sight seeing. Had only organic food again. Lady stopped us trying to get us to
come to a meeting on blasting the Wave Farm proposed for offshore and 150 feet deep. Lots of activists here in
California. Off to see the redwoods again tomorrow.
