Fall and Winter 2008/2009 RV Trips
We postponed our Great River Road trip which will complete the lower 48 states and will be taking it in the
spring of 2008 to avoid the snow. It will be up one side of the Mississippi to the headwaters and down the
other with a side trip to the Ohio Amish and Mount Rushmore to check and see if they have Ronald Regan
up there yet. A combination of the high gas prices and the poor economy along with poor housing prices
made us delay the trip. We will also be covered under Medicare then and will save the bulk of the crushing
nearly $2,000 per month in health insurance premiums.
