El Paso, Texas
El Paso, was a disappointment to us as Nancy had predicted. We saw mainly franchise places and we decided to get out of there
after one day. We Wal-Marted for our 7 th day in a row boondocking. We had refilled our water at a Texas rest stop, but missed the
one for the dump station. The grey tank was full. Gel batteries held up nicely and I only had to run the generator about an hour twice..
We drove about 800 miles in that time period which also helped to recharge the batteries. We needed to rest and relax. Spent the
day in Las Cruses, NM and then are staying at a campground in Denning, NW for several days. El Paso had no grass and we
wondered what the illegals did. Must have been dry wall tribe.
This passes us in the desert. Must be transferring the props to another area.
Juarez was this exit. We went straight.
This is a growth business.
Typical desert area. Very beautiful.
