We see alligators pretty much on a daily basis, but never really thought they were unusual enough to take photos of. In the last 6 months we have had
a 2 1/2 foot rise in the lake level and this translated into about 55 foot additional water. For years, you didn't get to water until you got well way out to
the end of the dock. No more. We have now started seeing alligators between the old weed line and the seawall. This guy was small at about 3 feet,
but Nancy took some shots of him anyway.

| These little guys are not dangerous, but they do grow up. We have had several incidents involving humans and one death on our lake. That gator was almost 11 feet. I twas crazy to have these protected so long. |
